2021 Toyota Prius in Salisbury, MD
The 2021 Toyota Prius has long enjoyed the esteemed position of being an icon in the hybrid car class. This reliable, cost-effective machine comes with a load of standard features, offers available all-wheel drive (a rarity in the class), boasts a spacious cabin within, and is, of course, very fuel-efficient. It’s also outfitted with unique styling that is literally considered “far-out” in comparison to typical current mainstream trends.
In addition to the above, the 2021 Toyota Prius brings with it the lofty brand reputation for reliability, making it a highly sensible purchase. For 2021, Toyota has added a special Prius 2020 Edition, along with more driver-assistance and safety features to the lineup as a whole.
We’ll dive deeper into the changes for 2021 below. Meanwhile, if you’d like to experience the 2021 Toyota Prius for yourself, contact us today at Pohanka Toyota of Salisbury! Thanks for reading; we hope to hear from you soon.
New Cost-Effective Hybrid Car on the Delmarva Peninsula
As we stated above, Toyota has added a new special 2020 Edition of the Prius to the 2021 lineup. This special incarnation is intended to commemorate two decades of Prius sales in the United States. It’s based on the XLE trim, and comes standard with black 17-inch wheels and black exterior trim. It’s available in two different color options: Supersonic Red or Wind Chill Pearl. If you’re interested, pick one up soon: only 2,020 (get it?) will be built.
The lineup as a whole gets some new driver-assistance features as standard. Specifically, every 2021 Toyota Prius will receive pedestrian- and bicyclist-detection, along with automatic high beam headlamps. Android Auto has also been added to all trim levels except the top-tier Limited.
Inside to the 2021 Toyota Prius, everyone will find plenty of delightful room to spread out. Thanks to the hatchback body style, there’s also a welcome amount of cargo room behind the back seat. One of the major draws of the Prius, however, remains its advanced powertrain, which is where a lot of the model’s build resources are directed.
