ToyotaCare Coverage and Support on Maryland’s Eastern Shore
Toyota makes it a priority to care for what they refer to as the whole “Toyota family.” The automaker believes in being there for its customers. One way it does this is by providing every new vehicle with complimentary scheduled maintenance and 24-hour roadside assistance under the moniker of “ToyotaCare.”
ToyotaCare is a maintenance plan that covers normal factory scheduled service for two years or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first). It also provides 24-hour Roadside Assistance for two years and unlimited mileage (and it’s probably going to take you longer than two years to hit that mileage number). The No Cost Maintenance Plan includes:
Maintenance reminders Engine oil and filter change Rotate tires Multi-point inspection Inspect and adjust fluid levels Toyota Genuine Parts Toyota-trained technicians
With the No Cost Maintenance Plan, Toyota-trained technicians help keep your Toyota a true Toyota, inside and out. For the time covered, factory-recommended maintenance will be completed at no cost. You’ll receive timely reminders before those maintenance visits are scheduled to occur, and a complete history of your service visits will conveniently be kept on file.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance includes:
Battery jump-starts Lockout protection Emergency fuel delivery Tire service Towing Winching
The 24-Hour Roadside Assistance support is available at no cost for two years from the date of first use. Note that roadside assistance does not include parts and fluids (except for emergency fluid delivery).
